Sam engaged the audience with insights and humor during her session "The Pelvic Floor, Core, and Hormones." She shared information about the pelvic floor and urogenital system components, the core, and their significance for health, pleasure, and fitness. Sam challenged that audience to consider the difference between "common" and "normal" issues related to pelvic concerns and advised when and how to seek help. Her empowering presentation reminded the audience of the power of knowledge and advocacy

Annick Barker
Annick held the audience captive with her session Menopause Transition 101: What I Wish I Had Known Ten Years Ago. Her discussion and audience questions focused on what science says today about the impact of hormones and overall physical and mental health, turning the tides on doctors listening to women’s concerns and misinformation and where to go for reliable resources.
Annick is a clinical social worker in private practice serving adults of all genders and ages, over the last decade she’s developed a special interest in the physical and emotional impacts of the Menopause Transition.

Tracy Gosson
Tracy was our inaugural speaker in September 2023 and shared many insights from her stage-4 ovarian cancer diagnosis, where through a series of aggressive treatments and a healthy lifestyle approach, has been thriving cancer free since September 2019! She is an active ovarian cancer advocate and shares her experience to help others prevent and navigate this overwhelming diagnosis.
