-
Discover how practical, everyday movements—not just isolated exercises build lasting strength, enhance balance, and support healthy aging.

-
Learn easy-to-follow strength-building habits you can do at home, at the gym, or seamlessly incorporate into your daily life. Yes, you do have time to stretch.

-
Understand how improving posture and core strength can shift your center of balance, reduce fall risk, and help you move with greater confidence.

-
Explore why pelvic health is a vital (and often overlooked) part of strength, mobility, and overall well-being.

-
Find out why an annual physical therapy check-in should be as routine as your yearly physical and how it can catch issues before they become problems.

About Time for Women
Many of us are at a time in our lives where things are changing - still good, but different in a way that you may not easily be able to articulate. Is it physical, mental, or maybe a little of both? Time for Women is a place where we can gather to explore topics just for us, in an open and welcoming environment.
Erin Hodge-Williams, has created these events to focus on these issues and more. Erin is a licensed clinical social worker and sees teens and adults in her private practice, Beyond Insights.
